Schorl Air Filters Easy-Breezy Returns & Exchanges! 

Hey there, awesome rider! At Schorl Air Filters, we're all about keeping things as simple as a Sunday ride. If your order isn't quite hitting the spot, no sweat – we've got your back. 

 

Returns & Exchanges Made Easy: 

If that new gear doesn't quite fit or isn't vibing with you, hit us up within 48 hours of getting your package. 

Shoot us a message on WhatsApp, give us a ring, or drop us an email - whatever floats your bike! 

 

Guidelines for Returns/Exchanges: 

Keep it fresh: Products should be brand spanking new, unused, and in their original shape. 

Tags, labels, and the original invoice? Yep, we need those too. 

If the product has been on a wild ride, we can't take it back. Road usage = no-go for returns/exchanges. 

 

Sending Stuff Back: 

You're the captain of your return ship!  

Ship it back to us with a courier that's got online tracking and insurance.  

Shoot us the tracking details at schorlfilters@gmail.com so we can keep an eye on its journey. 


What Happens Next: 

After we get your package, give us 3-5 business days to check things out.  

We'll ping you with an email full of details on your refund or what comes next. 

 

Refund Roll Call: 

Refunds happen post-inspection. 

We subtract a minimal 5% for payment gateway fees. 

Expect your refund to cruise back to the original source in 7-14 business days. 

 

Changing Plans after placing the order? No Biggie! 

Modifications? Cool if your order isn’t on the shipping voyage. 

Cancelling? There's a small fee of 5% if the wheels are already turning.

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+d3677d9437584c5fb6a9ed35637f2f97@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
