E-commerce & Customer Executive

📍 Velu, Pune (on-site at the SCHORL plant) | Full-time | Entry level (0–2 years) | 9 am – 6 pm | Weekly off: Thursday | Reports to: Founders

You will run schorlfilters.com end to end and become the person SCHORL customers trust, before and after they buy. You will keep orders moving, keep customers happy, and learn first-hand how an online brand grows.

What you will do

  • Add and update products, vehicle fitments, prices and photos on schorlfilters.com (WooCommerce)
  • Process orders and coordinate dispatch, tracking and returns with the courier partner
  • Answer customer questions on WhatsApp and email: fitment, orders, cleaning and warranty
  • Handle warranty and return requests as per the SCHORL warranty and return policy, with the factory team
  • Keep the SCHORL Google Merchant Center product feed healthy and fix any disapprovals
  • Ask happy customers for reviews and reach out for repeat orders and referrals
  • Track sales, returns and common customer questions, and report weekly to the founders
  • Occasional travels to marketing events, exhibitions within Pune or India
  • Driving license and driving experience is a plus

Is this you?

  • 0–2 years running an online store or in e-commerce customer support. Freshers who know WooCommerce or Shopify are welcome
  • Strong command of English, written and spoken, and fluency in Hindi and/or Marathi
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets and email
  • Organised, quick to respond and good at following up without reminders
  • Working knowledge of Google Merchant Center is a plus

SAlary

between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000 per month
