Warranty
This warranty is provided by Small Spark Concepts Pvt Ltd, the manufacturer of SCHORL air filters, and applies to every SCHORL air filter.

1. Warranty period
Every SCHORL air filter is covered against defects in craftsmanship. The warranty period starts on the date the order is delivered to you and depends on how the vehicle is used:
- Non-commercial 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers: 1 year.
- Commercial 4-wheelers, LCVs and HCVs: 1 year or 1 lakh km (1,00,000 km), whichever is earlier.
2. What this warranty covers
- Defects in craftsmanship.
- Damage to the filter media (the layer sandwiched between the black aluminium mesh) that occurs during normal use. If this happens, we will replace the whole filter.
3. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused deliberately.
4. How to make a warranty claim
Warranty claims are handled on WhatsApp or email. We do not accept warranty claims by phone call.

- Share your order number.
- Send clear photos of the filter showing the damage.
Damaged on arrival? If the box or filter arrives damaged or deformed, report it within 48 hours of delivery, with an unboxing video recorded while you opened the package.
Our team will review your claim and reply with the next steps.
5. Return shipping
The cost of shipping the filter back to us is paid by the customer. Please use a courier that provides online tracking. We pay the cost of shipping the replacement filter to you.
