Warranty

This warranty is provided by Small Spark Concepts Pvt Ltd, the manufacturer of SCHORL air filters, and applies to every SCHORL air filter.

1. Warranty period

Every SCHORL air filter is covered for 1 year against defects in craftsmanship. The warranty period starts on the date the order is delivered to you.

2. What this warranty covers

  • Defects in craftsmanship.
  • Damage to the filter media (the layer sandwiched between the black aluminium mesh) that occurs during normal use. If this happens, we will replace the whole filter.

3. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused deliberately.

4. How to make a warranty claim

Warranty claims are handled on WhatsApp or email. We do not accept warranty claims by phone call.

  2. Share your order number.
  3. Send clear photos of the filter showing the damage.

5. Return shipping

The cost of shipping the filter back to us is paid by the customer. Please use a courier that provides online tracking. We pay the cost of shipping the replacement filter to you.
