Schorl Air Filters Easy-Breezy Returns & Exchanges! 

Hey there, awesome rider! At Schorl Air Filters, we’re all about keeping things as simple as a Sunday ride. If your order isn’t quite hitting the spot, no sweat – we’ve got your back. 

Returns & Exchanges Made Easy: 

If you’re not happy with the product, or it doesn’t quite fit, hit us up within 7 days of getting your package. 

Shoot us a message on WhatsApp or drop us an email – whatever floats your bike! 

Guidelines for Returns/Exchanges: 

Keep it fresh: Products should be brand spanking new, unused, and in their original shape. 

Tags, labels, and the original invoice? Yep, we need those too. 

If the product has been on a wild ride, we can’t take it back. Road usage = no-go for returns/exchanges. 

Sending Stuff Back: 

You’re the captain of your return ship!  

Ship it back to us with a courier that’s got online tracking and insurance.  

Prefer to drop it off in person? You can also return it at our unit: Gat No. 728, Jaywant Estate Lane, Velu, Maharashtra 412205. Just message us on WhatsApp before you come so someone is there to receive it.

What Happens Next: 

After we get your package, give us 3-5 business days to check things out.  

We’ll ping you with an email full of details on your refund or what comes next. 

Refund Roll Call: 

Refunds happen post-inspection. 

We subtract a minimal 5% for payment gateway fees. 

Expect your refund to cruise back to the original source in 7-14 business days. 

Changing Plans after placing the order? No Biggie! 

Modifications? Cool if your order isn’t on the shipping voyage. 

Cancelling? There’s a small fee of 5% if the wheels are already turning.

The fine print, in plain words: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused and in their original packaging, with the invoice. You can send returns by post (return shipping is paid by you) or drop them off at our Velu, Pune unit. After we receive and inspect the item (3–5 business days), we refund the amount to your original payment method, minus 5% payment gateway fees, within 7–14 business days.
