Frequently asked questions
What are the working days and hours?
Working hours are 9 am to 6 pm, and the weekly off is on Thursday, for every role.
The working week runs from Friday to Wednesday.
As SCHORL grows, rotational shifts may be introduced from the next financial year (starting April 2027).
Who can apply for the manufacturing jobs?
We welcome ITI, diploma and BE/B.Tech candidates in mechanical or production engineering, including freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of shop-floor experience. Each role page lists the exact experience we are looking for.
Who can apply for the Social Media and E-commerce & Customer jobs?
Any graduate (BA, BCom, BBA, BMS, BSc, mass media or similar) with 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
Freshers are welcome. For Social Media & Marketing, that means creating content and short videos for a brand, and we will ask for links to your work. For E-commerce & Customer, it means running an online store or handling e-commerce customer support.
For both roles you need a strong command of English, written and spoken, and fluency in Hindi and/or Marathi.
Is there any fee to apply?
No. Small Spark Concepts never charges any fee at any stage of hiring. If anyone asks you for money for a job at SCHORL, it is not from us.

Every role is on-site, full-time, at the SCHORL plant: Gat No. 728, Shed No. 8, Jayawant Estate, Velu, Pune, Maharashtra 412205. This includes the digital and customer roles, so the whole team works together, next to the product. There is no remote or work-from-home option.
